Digital abuse refers to harmful behaviors online or through digital platforms like texting or social media. It can include any form of online harassment, such as:

  • Cyberbullying
  • Spreading rumors or embarrassing information
  • Hacking
  • Stalking (including tracking your location)

Digital abuse can also include accessing your accounts without permission or pressuring you for your passwords. You have the right to be safe and respected in all digital spaces.
